Time To Work.
In addition to teaching brutally effective self defense techniques, Mada Krav Maga also delivers a fun and high energy workout. At Mada Krav Maga, we structure our classes to maximize your time so you get the most out of the training, regardless of your goal. Below is a breakdown of our typical class structure.
20 Minutes of Interval Training
Focused interval training is great for general preparedness as well as for combat. Combat is exhausting and many times the person in the poorest shape loses. For this reason, we begin with strong interval based conditioning. You must be able to reach the finish line to cross it.
20 Minutes of Combative Training
Western Style Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kali combatives make up the lion share of this portion of class. On any given day, we dive into depth on martial arts skills that support your Krav Maga training to keep you balanced and strong. Mastering of multiple techniques allows better flexibility for both sport and real world combat situations.
20 Minutes of Krav Maga
The final phase of the class presents Krav Maga techniques through real world inspired scenarios. This portion of the class takes your skill set beyond martial arts as a sport and prepares you to truly protect yourself from armed attackers. Learn how to disarm a gunman who gets too close or what to expect from an attacker with a bladed weapon.
